This PVC Post is cost effective, stylish, and perfect for use with installing gates.

This post features a 1-way design, and is designed specifically for use as a latch or hinge post. It comes with an internal aluminium insert, which provides the right rigidity to handle a gate.

DO NOT USE RAPID SET CONCRETE ON ALUMINIUM POSTS AND STRUCTURES AS IT CAN CAUSE CORROSION. (Use regular concrete instead)

Post Measurements:

  • This post measures at 2590mm x 102mm x 102mm (H x W x D).
  • The walls of this post are thick at 3.8mm for better structural integrity.
  • 2 x slotted holes on one side for inserting rails.

Aluminium Insert:

  • The aluminium insert is the entire length of the post – 2590mm.
  • The insert is 1.5mm thick.

The aluminium insert also provides a sturdy substrate for fixing any latches or hinges.
